Join SARC in recognizing 35 years of serving victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse and stalking in Harford County at our 4th Annual Rising Above It Hot Air Balloon Glow Gala on September 20th from 7pm-11pm at Bulle Rock.

SARC's 4th Annual Rising Above It Hot Air Balloon Family Fun Day

Join SARC in recognizing 35 years of serving victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse and stalking in Harford County at our 4th Annual Rising Above It Hot Air Balloon Family Fun Day on September 21st from 11am-6pm at Harford Equestrian Center.

No pets allowed.

We will have performances and activities throughout the day, vendors of all kinds, food and much more! Join us for performances by Uncle Pete, Hoppin' Hawks, Heckles Hoops and many more. We will also have clydesdale horse rides for an additional fee. Weather permitting we will have hot air balloons!
